Juice Bar Operations Plan

The operations plan for Nectar Gods Juice Bar is as follows:

Operation Functions:

• Sandy Moore will be the sole owner and operator of the juice bar. She will develop the menu, purchase inventory, maintain customer service, and hire and train her support staff. Sandy will also be in charge of all social media advertising.

• Three – four part-time employees to make and serve the juice drinks and menu items,  to serve drinks, help clean, and provide excellent customer service.
• Sandy will hire a third party marketing company to develop the website, social media accounts, photography, and maintain the SEO presence.
• Sandy will also work with a third party accounting firm to handle bookkeeping, tax payments, staff payroll, and all necessary compliance.

Milestones:

Nectar Gods Juice Bar aims to open in the next 6 months. The following are the milestones needed in order to obtain this goal.

7/1/202X – Execute lease for prime location in St. George retail strip center.

7/2/202X – Begin construction of juice bar build-out.

7/10/202X – Finalize juice and acai bowl menu.

7/17/202X – Hire marketing company to begin developing website and business social media accounts..

8/15/202X – Start of marketing campaign with social media.

8/22/202X – Final walk-thru of completed juice bar build-out.

8/25/202X – Hire a small staff of 3 -4 employees.

8/27/202X – Employee training begins.

9/1/202X – Decoration and set up of juice bar.

9/15/202X – Grand Opening of Nectar Gods Juice Bar
