The promotions strategy for Roses & Drapes Event Center is as follows:
Bridal Shows & Festivals
Janet and her team of event planners will attend all local bridal shows and festivals that are held annually in Colorado Springs. The Colorado Bridal Show is held mid-March every year and the Bridal Festival is usually held late March. Roses & Drapes will have an elegantly decorated table at the show complete with brochures that include attractive photography, venue information, and business cards. The table will be decorated with floral samples and photographs of attractive wedding set-ups and decor.
Corporate Trade Shows
Janet and her team of event planners will also attend local trade shows that promote venue options and industry events. The major corporate trade show networking event is the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce trade show. Here, Janet, Marcus, and the event planners will have a table and the decor will be geared towards having a holiday party or corporate gala. They will have photos of venue options and brochures with information and business cards.
Roses & Drapes will invest in large advertisements in local magazines that are geared towards weddings or corporate industry news. The advertisements will have professional photography that showcases the beautiful venue and the photos will be geared towards whichever publication it will go into. Contact information will be included in the advertisements.
Roses & Drapes will also create a Facebook and Instagram business account. They will include numerous postings of beautiful photographs of events held at the venue. They’ll also ask the client to post photos of their event and tag Roses & Drapes. This will increase visibility and followers of the accounts.
The pricing of Roses & Drapes Event Venue will be moderate and on par with competitors so customers feel they receive value when booking their event.
