Highball Liquor Store will have a relatively simple operations plan.
- Joey Spaglio will primarily manage and operate the store himself. He realizes the commitment it will take to ramp up and stabilize the business and is willing to work 6 of the 7 days the store will be open. Joey will be in charge of inventory, ordering, payroll and managing the staff.
- 4 – 6 part time hourly employees to assist with stocking, inventory, merchandise display, and customer service.
- One of the part time hourly employees will be appointed as a Supervisor and will assist in managing the employees and oversee the store on the day that Joey will not be working.
Highball Liquor Store will have the following milestones complete in the next six months.
2/1/202X – Finalize lease agreement for storefront retail location
2/15/202X – Begin build out of leased space
3/1/202X – Social media campaign begins
4/1/202X – Final walk through and approval of retail space
4/15/202X – First shipment of inventory arrives
4/16/202X – Stocking and display of inventory in anticipation of the Grand Opening
5/1/202X – Grand Opening of Highball Liquor Store
