Consulting Firm Operations Plan

The following will be the operations plan for Expert Business Consultants.

Operation Functions:

Expert Business Consultants will be owned and operated by Jeffrey Liebowitz and Felicia Monroe. They will oversee all client projects throughout the entire process.
Jeffrey Liebowitz will oversee all financial and accounting aspects of the business, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Jeffrey will also manage all tax obligations and licensing for Expert Business Consultants.
Felicia Monroe will oversee all marketing and communications for the business. She will handle all in-client calls, appointments, networking, and follow-up. She will manage all advertising aspects with flyers, emails, social media, and the SEO process.
Jeffrey and Felicia will employ two other apprentices to assist them with client projects and will train them to be able to eventually take on a client project by themself with the guidance of Jeffrey and Felicia. As Expert Business Consultants grow, more employees will be added.

Expert Business Consultants will have the following milestones complete in the next six months.

5/1/202X – Finalize contract to lease office space.

5/15/202X – Begin build-out and design of office space.

6/1/202X – Hire two apprentices and begin training them.

6/15/202X – Begin networking and advertising through social media and SEO tactics.

7/15/202X – Final walk-through of completed office space.

8/1/202X – Officially open the doors of Expert Business Consultants and start on the first client project.
